Getting in control of your emotions is easy for some and very difficult for others. (I being “other” lol.) With that being said I have to physically shift my thoughts.

Ex: ladybug, apple tree, sunflower or beaches. Any word that will bring you a happy memory and instantly shift your thoughts to positive things.
